How did you get into bodybuilding?
I got into bodybuilding over 14 years ago after a bad motorbike accident. I was a Thai fighter as a young lad from 18 to 21yrs old. I was about to turn pro but had a major accident that broke nearly every bone in my body. As I was recuperating, I was advised to start some weight training to stimulate and rebuild my muscle groups. After a few months I was back fighting, fit and making major gains off the weights in the gym in Moss Side Manchester which is a school of hard knocks. I never looked back after that my fighting days were over as I had bodybuilding on my mind. Watching one of my closest friends who is a former Yorton Cup winner and one of the best naturals I had ever seen I knew I wanted to become a bb so the natural path began.
