Fitness Competitor Opportunities Through OCB

Select OCB events offer Ms. Fitness divisions (see the OCB Schedule to see which ones). Fitness divisions at OCB events are sanctioned by the IFSB (International Fitness Sanctioning Body – more widely known as the Ms. Fitness federation). Each year the IFSB hosts Ms. Fitness USA and Ms. Fitness World. Both events are televised internationally and receive coverage in Ms. Fitness magazine. The Ms. Fitness USA awards over $25,000 in prizes and top finishers from it advance to Ms. Fitness World the following day where over $30,000 in cash prizes is awarded. Ms. Fitness divisions offered at OCB events are all qualifiers for the Ms. Fitness USA contest. The top three winners at each regional show qualify (or more depending on total number of participants at a given show).
